This new 3,500 s.f. bank building sits in the heart of Willits right off Highway 82. It features an open reception area, large areas of glazing, and an exterior steel pergola structure.
The superstructure includes steel columns and beams; wood shear walls; long-span manufactured wood joists for the roof; HSS steel cantilevered pergola, slab on grade floor, and frost depth concrete wall on continuous footing foundation.
This project was completed together with Site Architects and PNCI Construction.
